I’m so pleased with the experience I’ve had with Pelvic Peace Of Mind. After 12 sessions I’ve noticed a huge difference with my pelvic floor health. After the birth of my second daughter I had a triple prolapse and some urinary incontinence which massively affected my lifestyle. Kate’s approach and experience was excellent and she made me feel at ease about talking about what could feel like a tricky subject matter.

“I would totally recommend Kate if you are experiencing any kind of pelvic floor problem be it with the bladder or bowel. Kate was so helpful and reassuring and offered a lot of sound advice that I have taken away and am enacting. As she has been through her own pelvic floor problems, she completely understands the challenges and is so passionate about her solution.

I have battled with bowel incontinence having experienced a significant tear during child birth, to the point where i had a Sacral Nerve Stimulator (SNS) fitted for 8 years. Due to infection problems, the SNS was removed last year and i decided to look for alternative solutions. I was keen to try Kate's pelvic strengthening solution, though I was initially sceptical it would help my particular problem. I took the 12 session course and can honestly say that I have seen an improvement in my symptoms to the point I have no intention of going back into surgery to have the SNS refitted.
